I've already sent two requests for a license code, but I still haven't received it. I've looked in my Spam folders but haven't seen a response there.

It's possible your emails have gotten blocked at our server level. Would you please give me the email address that the license code will be sent from so that I can whitelist it on our server? Once I've whitelisted that email address, I'll try submitting another request for the license code.

Or...if there's a simpler way for me to get the license code from you, please let me know.
