Параметри вкладення Outlook аварійно завершує роботу

Hi, I'm on Outlook 365. i installed OutlookKutools10 primarily to remove attachments to clean up the box. the moment i hit 'options' it says 'loading' and hangs there indefinitely. i tried uninstalling and reinstalled. i tried running as administrator. i tried 3 different mailboxes. to no avail
